Ingredientes:

3 jitomates, 300 gramos de avena, 1 ramita de pereji, 1/4 de cebolla, sal al gusto, 1 litro de agua

Procedimiento:

Licua el jitomate con la cebolla y un poco de agua, cuela y reserva.Aparte en una cacerola caliente se tuesta la avena hasta que dore, retire del fuego y coloca en un plato, limpia la cacerola y ponla al fuego nuevamente, agrega un poco de aceite y cuando este caliente agrega la mezcla de jitomate y cebolla previamente licuado y colado, sazona con un poco de sal, deja que hierva hasta que el jitomate cambie de color a un tono un poco naranja, agrega el agua y espera que hierva nuevamente y rectifica la sal, agrega la avena tostada y el perejil, deja hervir por 10 minutos y retira del fuego.

This is a fragment of fossilized coral; this coral was obtained from a crevice of a hill in a deserted zone. This area is visited because in only few kilometres is located Cantona, the prehispanic city.

The coral was made for the nature about of miles of years. It’s cool and unique, and I kept in a metallic box.

This coral was brought for my girlfriend, when she went whit her family. And is important to me for the reason that my girlfriend show me, that she’s thinking on me.

I use a computer since 2000, generally for study, but also for fun and work. The most times that I use the Internet for send e-mail and download music files, books and programs; I used to download a lot of pictures, but not anymore. I would like to create a web page about homework, for helping others students. Y spend 10 or 15 hours a week on a computer. Compared to other people I know, I spend just way too much time on a computer.

There are many foods that are to my liking, but there are a soup that is my favorite, and is the mushroom soup with poblano chile.

I like the smell of mushrooms and spicy flavor of the soup, those ingredients  with cheese cubes create a chewy but delicious dish.
